What does my child need to bring?
Your child will need a pair of indoor shoes, that can be left at school, and an extra outfit in their backpack is recommend. If your child is not potty trained you will need to pack wipes and diapers that can be left at school as well. Ensure you dress your child according to the weather since the children do go outside.
Does my child need to be potty trained?
No. Your child does not need to be potty trained to attend preschool, but if not we ask that you supply diapers and wipes for your child. We recommend putting 6-8 diapers in a ziplock bag along with the wipes and lable the bag with your child's name.
Do I need to bring a snack?
We do provide a continental style nutritious snack for the children but parents are more than welcome to pack their child a snack. Please note we are nut & shellfish free centre. Parents are encouraged to send a water bottle.
Is there an out door play area?
Yes. We do have an outdoor play area so please dress your child in the morning according to the weather.
What is expected as a parent?
Parents that have children in our program are required to help with fundraising and events. Parent participation is very important with the running of our program. We require parents to volunteer for 2 fundraisers/events. Our Board of Directors is made up of parents volunteers as well, and these postions must be filled at all times.
How do I register my child?
Email us at preschoolpayments@gmail.com. We will send you the registration forms via email and have you fill them out and email them back.
What age does my child need to be to join?
We require children to be at least 24 months and under 5 years of age. Please note that we can only have 8 children to 1 teacher with only 2 of the 8 being between the age of 24 and 30 months.
